Splats but little progress in Tower Control (15-8, Tri-slosher)
29th December 2016 – 7.00 pmSplat Zones didn't go so well for me this evening. But the session changes, and we have Tower Control battles on Piranha Pit and Moray Towers. Time to have some fun with the Tri-slosher!
Sorry for getting in your way, Mr E-litre 3K. I know it's frustrating when that happens. At least they weren't full charges. I press on and look for splats, and find them mostly.
I try to ride the Tower too, but find it slippery. Either I can't stay on it, or I don't want to. Still, I make it difficult for the orange team when I can, and watching them from above gather for the potential knockout nets me a triple-splat.
That was a bit careless of them, but they still have a massive lead over us that we don't look to get close to any time soon. I try to help with that too, doing my best to stick to the Tower, but not even my Bubbler helps me this time.
Never mind. I had a lot of fun, and hopefully my individual antics didn't mean I overlooked the objective. Ah, I lost one ranking point. We lost a squid, and at the 12-second mark in the battle.
