Losing to an early advantage in Tower Control (5-7, Tri-slosher)

6th November 2016 – 7.00 am

Down to an S Rank of 1. We either win this game, or I'm back down to A+. I have mixed feelings about this. Let's see what I can do with the Tri-slosher.

An early splat is typical. I recover and get a double splat, albeit sacrificing myself to a Killer Wail so that they lose the tower. That seems like a good trade.

It would have been a better trade had the blue team not retaken the tower immediately and gone on to assert an impressive lead. That's going to take some doing to beat.

The other team are pretty dominant. Their Sloshers are working well, throwing ink everywhere, and for quite a distance. It seems like a good combination to have the short-range Tri-slosher paired with the normal Slosher.

We get the tower, though, and make a decent effort at going forwards. Even though it's not quite enough, we keep the tower in opposition territory. If only we had enough time, maybe we could have gone further.
